NEWS RELEASE – 1/30/07 Hudson Asphalt Group Appoints New General Manager For Asphalt
Enhancement, LLC The Hudson Asphalt Group has announced the appointment of Karen Hudson Desrosiers as General Manager for their Asphalt Enhancement, LLC division. Asphalt Enhancement, LLC, is a member of the Hudson Asphalt Group and is known as an innovator in creating solutions for the modified asphalt paving industry. In this newly formed position, Ms. Desrosiers will take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the company. She will oversee quality assurance and maintain raw material inventory for the company’s two production locations in Maine and Kansas and manage on-time production and delivery to customers in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, and throughout New England. Ms. Desrosiers began her career at the company in 2001 as a laboratory assistant responsible for data collection, and maintained state, regional and national laboratory certifications. In 2002, she was promoted to Special Projects Coordinator responsible for numerous company initiatives including a company Web site and Intranet. Ms. Desrosiers holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Management from Salve Regina University.
